V18 users have until the end of 2024 to migrate to V20.
Version 18 is supported until the end of 2024. We’ve renewed the certificates for Google PUSH, Apple and API Support in this last update, Update 9a BETA. This update will allow you to test the renewed PUSH support and use the 3CX Apps until the end of the year. Start planning your migration to V20 as soon as you can.
Note: V20 will be available for Windows installs in the upcoming weeks.
Extended Migration Deadlines
- Hosted by 3CX - deadline extended to the 1st September 2024.
- NFRs - deadline extended to the 1st July 2024. The purpose of your Partner NFR key is to test, demo and use 3CX internally on the latest version. Therefore, it makes sense to upgrade to Version 20 as soon as possible.
- Free 4SC Licenses - upgrade to V20 and register before the 27th June 2024. Follow these steps to do so.
Get the Latest PUSH Certificates
Upgrade your V18 installation to include the latest PUSH certificates for your 3CX Apps, click on the latest update: "New V18.0 Update 9A” from your V18 admin console.
Upgrading to Version 20
Version 18 will be supported until the end of 2024. Debian 10, along with other V18 components will be end of life.
