Improved Teams integration, AI & increased admin control.

Following last week’s Release Candidate - as well as the previous ALPHA and BETA releases - V20, Update 2 is released and ready for deployment. Read on to see what’s included as well as how to update to this version.

Sync Teams & 3CX Presence Status

Improved Microsoft Teams Presence Syncing

Sync your Microsoft Teams Presence to 3CX or vice versa. There’s no need for Teams Direct Routing integration, as long as Office 365 is configured correctly.

AI - Speech to Text Transcription and Analysis

We’ve added support for WhisperAI - the Speech to text transcription from OpenAI. Transcribe your calls and voicemail without the need for Google Drive / Google Transcription. All transcribed calls are also summarized and assigned a sentiment score. This allows you to see the sentiment of callers per call, for queues and ring groups.

Know Who’s Connected

See who's connected
