Upgrade hardware help

I have the latest version of 3CX hosted on Amazon Lightsail, since implementation we have added more phones and enabled recording for all calls.I need to upgrade the hosted server to higher memory and CPU. What is the easiest way to do this. I tried creating a new instance with the latest snapshot but couldn't figure out how to migrate the IPs and certificates....

No experience on this , but probably usual way like doing a complete backup, stop old instance, start a new one with pbxepress choosing to restore your backup during install.
Even if static public IP change, FQDN will be resolved shortly after.
