Hi All,
We upgraded our self-hosted 3CX from v18 to v20 today, the system is now online.
But apparently myself as system owner (extension 100), user (100) will not online even though i'm logging in via webclient.
If i login via Mobile APP, then user status will be online.
Is there anything i missed?
Another question is that, currently we do not configure split dns in our network.
It seems like 3cx is working normally.
Can we confirm if split dns is not mandatory, as some of our customer network do not have this?
