Update: I ran "sudo 3CXStopServices" and then "sudo 3CXStartServices" and immediately got the email that my system had been upgraded (I performed the upgrade about an hour and a half earlier) and now my phones work. I still do not have console access, though.
Hi, I applied the V20 upgrade though the management console this morning, and now my phones aren’t working (showing “No Service” and calls are pushed to my SIP failover lines) and I can’t access the console. I can SSH into my machine and it shows that I’m now on Debian 12 and that 3CX is on version 20.0.0.1340. I made a backup before I started, and I don’t mind doing a complete reinstall if needed but wanted to check here for advice first.
