Upgrading the FXO gateway

We have been using a grandestream gxw4108, it works fine but when it comes to big trafic with the 3cx, the quality of some calls deteriorate. We think is time to upgrade the gateway, what will be a good option? Talking about price and quality.

We use Patton and never have any problems with them - they just work.
