Upload wav files in v20

Hi,
We are not getting the option to upload wav files in the new v20. There is option for Call on Hold, but where do we upload wav files for the different ring groups?

In the Ring Group you can play an announcement before forwarding the call.



If you are referring to an intro prompt for the Ring Groups, they dont have one. This is an option available in the Queues.

In the future when asking questions, it would be helpful to include a screenshot so we dont have to make any assumptions.
