Urgent Problem

i have several SIP accounts with several providers.. Inphonex.. CallCentric.. Stanaphone.. Broadvoice,
i tried to set up all of them .. still i'm unable to recieve calls nor make calls.. all i could do is to call the extentions..
i did the outbound rule but still no use..

when ever the call is made.. it rings but nothing happens.. i even called my voice mail.. and it RANG!!!!!!

can anyone help with this matter??
