USB Long Range Wireless Head Set

Hi Everyone,
I am new 3CX but so far have managed to do a fresh install and get everything working. But now as we are using most of our Extensions with Softphones. Is there a recommended Headset to be used with Windows Desktop Phone App.
The features I am after is :

1. Wireless
2. Long Range (this rules out the Bluetooth headsets)
3. Ability to Pick up and End call thru Head Set Button.
