Use a specific music on hold only for a specific trunk

Hello,

I have multiple trunks on the same switchboard, one for each language. I would like to use a different version of on hold music for each trunk, how can I do?

Short answer is you can't in the stock 3CX. Long answer is you might be able to get someone to program something for you.

That depends on where the calls route to. If calls are directed to Queues then you can have a different music on hold per Queue. Digital receptionists can also play different prompts. But when you are transferring a call for example the music on hold will be the same.

A different MOH per extension would be great, we lost a deal because it couldn't do such a basic thing, sales extensions wanted one and service extensions wanted another
