Use of chat templates

Hi,

Will the use of chat templates be possible from within the Windows softphone app?
Currently we already have the chat option, hower it would be very usefull to be able to apply chat templates.
I'm not looking to configure the templates, this can be done via the PWA, however using them would be a great added value.

This is also an important feature for us and one of the key things that has been stopping us from upgrading from v18 to v20. Currently we use the electron desktop app and it has all of the features we need. Since the desktop app isn't supported in v20, we've been putting off upgrading for as long as possible, hoping the new windows app is updated to provide the additional functionality we require. Some of the items we were missing have been added, like the chat function, however several are still missing. We would also like the ability to resize the new windows app to make it larger. Not sure why it was designed without that ability. While I can understand the need to develop a more secure app using modern architecture, the new windows app really feels like a downgrade compared to the desktop app, which is unfortunate.

I've been asked the same question from a few customers that heavily use the chat in the old desktop app and the only thing stopping them to move over is the Windows app is no templates.
