I applied automatic disabling of external calls for users outside office hours which is configured in users--> user edit --> scheduler
# Automatically switch status to Available during office hours
# Disable Outbound calls outside office hours
It is working properly and external calls are blocked.
The problem is user status is also changing to DND automatically. which prevent users from calling each other internally unless they manually change their status.
I want to disable external calls for the users but without changing their status, is there a way to do this?
I checked system --> options --> scheduler --> "When office is closed switch to " but these is no option to use "Available" or something like do not change status.
