User cannot open chat threads from iOS app

IOS 14.4 iPhone SE (2nd generation)

I have a user that cannot open chat threads in 3cx from her iOS app. When you try and select the thread, it changes color slightly to acknowledge you touched it, but it doesn't open. She also has been having trouble choosing extensions from the team to dial. She can dial on the dial pad, but cannot choose team members to call directly. I have personally uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled the application, after the user did prior, and there was no change. I generated verbose logs, but there isnt anything in the logs really.
I forget if Im supposed to post verbose logs here so I will refrain for now.

Any help is appreciated.

I will have her do so. I thought that might be the case, but she reported originally that she had. Looking at Apple's site, that def doesnt seem to be true.
