User Portal (myPhone) Login Error

I'm running V8.0.10824.716
If I try to login from one extension to the User Portal I get the following error:
"An exception occurred user_login Error: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime."

The only thing I know is that a user tried extensively with a wrong password, that's all. Is there a kind of lockout function?
This only occurs on one extension, I can't find anything in the logs, or I'm searching in the wrong logfiles ...
I've also tried to restart the services, complete server.

Can someone direct me to the right path where to search?

Hello,

I have the same Problem with 8.0.11356.754.

Does anybody know the reason? Must be something with the user record. Some users can login, some are getting this error.

Any help would be appreciated.
