I have some users that cannot make external calls, because of company rules. To do that, I went on every extension and flagged the Option Disable External Calls.
The problem is: even though these extensions cannot make outbound calls, they still can start conferences from their softphones and add external numbers. So, people who cannot make outside calls are starting conferences with outside numbers and being able to terminate the call.
Is that really supposed to happen? This make no sense. If so, has anyone found a workaround?
