Good Morning 3CX Users

I'm looking for assistance with the NEW 3CX app for windows. The old desktop app was a .msi file that could easily be pushed out via GPO to all domain computers. However the new version is only a .exe file unless I download the beta. Which isn't ideal or production users. This is for two large customers of mine that prefer to push out all apps users need via GPO.

I've reached out to support but they just directed me to the MS store which yes I'm capable of using...but we all know how difficult end users can be.

Is there a link to obtain a .msi file of the current, production version of the New 3CX app for windows?

https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nw77489ngj0?hl=en-gb&gl=GB This is the current version, but the download link is a .exe file. Or if anyone has a suggestion for converting the .exe to a .msi that would also be helpful.

Thank you in advance.

Hi @NickEmpireComm, the .exe you are mentioning still makes use of the MS Store installer.
We provide the .msix file that can be downloaded from the Customer Portal.

- Login and click on the menu button (three dots at the top right corner next to your user)
- Click on Downloads in the drop down

Here you will see a link to download the 3CX Windows Softphone under Client apps section
