we have 2 DR (Digital Receptionist), one for 'PT-BR' and another to 'ENG' language used to receive external calls; some times we change the options (extensions and so on).

Something like:

- You received 12 calls;
- 5 used the option '0';
- 2 dropped;
- 3 used the option '1';
- 2 used the option '9';
...
