I cannot see any warning regarding the pwd lenght for the extensions! But I found on the web interface that extensions shows in red color!

What warning would you like to see and when?

It shows red because you have something that is insecure

Either Auth id and Vmail pins that are the same as the extension or a sip id that is the same as the extension.

A warning could be displayed when clicking OK/Apply when editing the password/pin for an extension as a pop-up and ask for confirmation prior to accepting the insecure credentials.

I agree with Dave Bennet, other option could be show a pop-up warning when you put your mouse pointer over the field in `red`...

Or if you enter a password, a small indicator can show the password strength, while typing. some websites use such an indicator.

Showing the extension in red is an indicator already. we think that this is enough. Plus we show you the fields that are problematic and risky. Keep in mind that the management console is for admins. A level of attention is expected.
