Hi , i have try to manage re-format caller-id 3CXPhone system . Gateway is Patton 4120
Before using feature re-format caller id , phone ring using RingTone external correctly
After using feature re-format caller id , phone ring using RingTone internal

It is correct ? or it is issue ??
