V14 SP2 some windows phones do not show presence info

I have just upgraded to V14 SP2 and installed the Windows Phone over the top of the V12 that was installed on the PCs. Some PCs show presence info and other do not. I have disabled the windows fw on the ones that do not show presence but this does not help. I have uninstalled the V14 windows phone and installed again but this did not help
Any idea what is wrong?

Usually when you don't get presence information it is because the 3CX Phone cannot access the 3CX Server on its HTTP/S ports you have set.
The most common reasons for this are:
1) Firewall or AntiVirus software on the 3CX Phone and/or 3CX Server machines (uninstall and restart the machine to check).
2) Manually provisioning the 3CX Phone app.
3) Not having forwarded the HTTP/S ports on the firewall (by the time some work though I doubt this is it).
