V15 customisation

Hi, anyone know how to change the date format on V15 reports (want it in DD/MM/YYYY), but cant see anywhere to do this?

Also using V15 in data centre and all extensions are "remote"over the internet but cant work out how to get the report urls (ie the links that come in the email) to use the FQDN or external IP, rather than the IP of the local interface (which isnt accessable from internet), any ideas?

The format for date on the reports is depends on the language settings of the browser you use to create and read the report.
change your settings to UK and let us know of the results

I fail to understand how changing the language settings in the browser in any way effects the contents of a pdf file.

Language was already set to UK

There must/should be a setting in V15 to change this somewhere
