On a demo server for a potential client our 3cx SSL certificate had expired (custom FQDN setup). Today I noticed that license had expired (although demo license is good for a while in the partner console). So I proceeded to update the SSL files. After that all access to console fails. Now all I get is 'err connection refused' Cannot see management console at all. The system is running on debian. I cannot find any debian command line commands to check status etc. I followed the instructions here to change the SSL files - https://www.3cx.com/docs/self-hosted-instances-ssh/

Can anyone help?

got everything back up. But now phones or mobile client fail to register. invalid parameters.

Hi jreddy,

For client demos its best to let 3CX manage the FQDN to avoid such scenarios and also to let them know that we provide FQDN and lets encrypt certificates as part of the package.

I don't know if anything else changed, but you have to verify that the new certificates are exported in the correct format and are not wildcards or self signed
