Solved V16 conference e-mails are not sent

If you enter a custom SMTP server, no conference e-mails will be sent. Standard emails like the welcome email work without any problems. There was already a thread for this and supposedly it should be fixed since ALPHA 2. But is it apparently not? With the 3CX SMTP server everything works fine, but we would like to use our own.

I'd appreciate any help.

That thread is specifically for Office 365. Other custom SMTP servers worked fine. What SMTP server are you using?

ah I see.. Well, we use our own mail server with installed postfix.

So I've seen no reports of problems with mail servers in v15.5 other than Office 365. Setup a free gmail account and then use that for your custom SMTP. If that works then you know it's something with your in-house mail server.

I reconfigured the user defined SMTP settings and now it's working fine. So it seems, that it was my fault.
