Some users still use the v16 app because our busylights are incompatible with v18 desktop app.
Our Problem: newly created users wont receive incoming calls in their apps, but our hardware-phones are ringing. same app with an old-users-config shows incoming calls.
Old .3cxconfig files contain "<RTPTransport>0</RTPTransport>", same value if i send the user a new mail. For new users it is always "<RTPTransport>1</RTPTransport>".. When changing this from 1 to 0 the app signals calls for new users.
Where exactly in the UI can i set this value for the new users?
What values are possible and what do they exactly do? (found some people set it to 2 while solving other problems.)
