v16 Queue Polling Strategy

Hi All,

Since upgrading to v16 calls to my only queue ring all extensions at the same time despite the polling strategy being set to 'Longest Waiting'.

Anyone else come across this? All phones (Fanvil X4G) are on the latest firmware and all system updates are installed.

That doesn't sound right. Try creating a new queue and adding the same phones in there and make a few calls (even internal calls to that queue EXT) to see if it works right once. Please ensure that you are using the latest V16 3CX firmware and templates and reprovision the phones for testing purposes
