v18 End of Support date?

Hello All, I got a notice from 3cx that all the hosted systems should be upgraded but i am wondering what the process is to upgrade a windows based install to V20, Should we deploy new VM and restore a backup from V18?

Is there an End of Support date for V18 on prem?

Windows-based v20 will be released shortly. We do not as yet have an exact ETA on when it will be, but it is not too far away now.
