By now, all free licenses for V18 will expire on 3. march 2024.
The license will only be extended to the end of the year, if the system is running V20.
So, this is just 2 weeks from now.
As V20 is still not released, i see the timeframe for updating all systems at my customers a bit risky.
Especially, when there are missing functions:
- Night-Mode for overwriting office hours (dialing *60x) (Needs to be switched from a desktop phone)
- CTI support for a "non closable" Desktop-App
I think it would be helpful, having some additional time to find some workarounds, once the V20 is definitely released.
