v18 update 3 build 461 will not install update 4 Final

I have tried multiple times to install upd4 Final. It processes, stopa and starts all services but nothing happens. No error shown, no email sent.
Any advise? We need to get 4 installed so 5 can be installed before 12-1-22

Have you installed anything that interacts with the database directly?

Easiest thing to do is to take a backup, copy it off the box, uninstall and then do a fresh install and restore. You will be on Update 5

No nothing on the VM but 3CX. I considered the reinstall process but was unsure if the latest download was update 5. Thx

The download should always be the latest available version.
