I'm looking to switch our Windows on premise v18 Update 9 to hosted. After selecting Switch to Hosted, the 3CX Hosted option is greyed out with a red "Hosting maintenance is expired. Upgrade your subscription to unlock." When I then go to Upgrade, I receive another error "You are running an outdated version of 3CX. To purchase a higher edition or bigger subscription size you need to upgrade to the latest version of 3CX." I seem to be stuck in a loop. A little while back v20 was only Linux, but I now see an option for a Windows installer. Do I need to update the on-prem to v20 prior to attempting to Switch to Hosted, upgrade the license or both?
