Hi!
It should be an option to be able to select from which queue you would want to sign in and out of specifically, since the V20 App is primarily supposed to be used as a "Softphone" I think something like this would make a great addition to it!
We have already had multiple inquiries about this from our customers in the past, why not make it something that's possible to do with V20? I imagine it could work like the selection options for presences or even like the newly right-click context menu in the "team" overview, when trying to leave a message.
I absolutely get why this wouldn't be possible on Deskphones, but I do think it would be a great thing to have within the app! More power to the queues, let's be able to sign out of those, we are not working with right now
