v20 call parking not working

I have a recently upgraded v18 to v20 system where the call parking is suddenly not working. When an extension is on a call and presses one of the park buttons, it previously would park the call to that park number. Now when they press the park button during a call it hangs up on that extension and the call starts ringing like it's a new incoming call.

Are you on V20 Update 2 though or an earlier build?

Make sure to update to the the latest and try again. Some of the roles were not allowed to park in previous builds but now they all can.

Still not working in v20 u2. I've just gone back to v18 after chasing a resolution all day.

This will be the the 5th time I've reverted a client after finding stuff not working! Thanks to virtual machines and snapshots!

Can you give us some specific details on this, and what troubleshooting steps you did so far so we can get a better idea of what happened?
