v20 Call Queues and Music On Hold not playing to the end

I best feature of the Call Queue is Announce Queue Position with Music on Hold playing behind.

Unfortunately my on hold music keeps restarting from the beginning, after the position in the queue is announced.

If the Announcement Interval is only 30 seconds, then the caller is only hearing 30 seconds of the music.

Most people would want the music to keep playing and loop appropriately at the end of the sound file.

Is this action expected or a bug?

Are there any detailed user guides to ensure I have setup the Call Queue Options correctly. It looks pretty simple but maybe I've missed something. All I can find is a very high view of Call Queue features.
