V20 Caller ID Spoof

I have 2 offices with 2 different numbers but I am using just 1 trunk. It takes the main number of the trunk and the user field for caller ID is not taking the number to mask the office number. I really do not want to make a separate trunk for another office.

Which SIP trunk? Or better yet - are they supported?

Do you have a CID set on the outbound rule?

So i use Telnyx and it works just fine on my V18 instances however now that i moved to V20 the outbound caller ID does not seems to be taking.

I have tried on other V20 and it works, so now I just do not know why this new one is not taking it

I would try deleting the trunk.
Import the latest template from their side
Recreate the trunk and verify if it works or not.
