I have recently upgraded this system to V20, now I am trying to configure archiving to SharePoint. I go to Admin -> Recordings -> Settings, enable remote archiving -> LocationType SharePoint. Then under Select Folder/Path, it does not show me anything under Select Directory. Microsoft 365 integration is configured and running.

Have you configured the folder on the root Sharepoint site?
Ensure that you followed steps as per guideline here.

Hello,

I am having the same exact issue with 3CX Hosted 18.0 Update 9 8SC Pro instance. Nothing shows up in the Select/Folder/Path when clicking the three dots....

I believe the root site is set up correctly as per the guideline. MS 365 integration appears to be working:
"Microsoft 365 access is properly configured. If you still feel something is wrong you can re-provision it again.
Your application id for reference is xxx
Click here to provision Microsoft 365 access
Status OK. Real Time Notifications to Microsoft 365 and back are working. This means that changes from Microsoft 365 to 3CX will be updated"

Are there any troubleshooting steps we can use to determine what is wrong?

Thank you TheodorosG_3CX, that guide fixed my issue.

Its working now. We had to use the default "communication" site that gets created automatically by Sharepoint and not any other site that we might have created. Hopefully 3CX will add the capability to specify custom Sharepoint sites that are created on the Sharepoint side. This would make it easier to restrict access to a group or specific Sharepoint users vs. tedious current method of restricting access to the folder you store the recordings in. Not everyone who has access to Sharepoint should have access to the recordings for compliance reasons.
