Solved V20 Desktop App

When on a call internal to internal or internal to external on the version 20 app, audio seems to come and go as if the mic gain is constantly being adjusted up and down. We have also noticed that the overall call volume appears to be slightly lower than the v18 app and the PWA.

Not a major problem for us as we know the app isn't final yet so still using PWA/v18 app but we wanted to know if anyone else had noticed these issues at all?
