Hello All,

to test V20 of 3CX I have created a new VM and installed 3CX V20 on it. On my current V18 system I have created a backup without license, as I have a spare license for testing.

When trying to import the backup via webinterface it times out after a few minutes. When trying to import via cli I get the folowing output:

NAT DETECTED - Your public IP x.x.x.x is not equal to your local IP x.x.x.x . If this is incorrect, you need to start over.
Using external FQDN: 3cx-test.x.x

Please enter the path to your Certificate file (.pem, .crt or .pfx only).
Certificate path: Invalid reply (CertificatePath)

We detected your Public IP Address as x.x.x.x
(1) Yes my public IP Address is x.x.x.x
(2) No, I want to enter it manually
Enter option: Invalid reply (PublicIP)

Enter the full path including the backup file name where you have your backup stored and press ENTER:

I never get the option to supply a certificate path or certificate files and I get no option to set my public IP manually or use the detected one. It just asks to supply the backup file again.

This happens on the Windows and Debian build.

Does anyone know a workaround or solution to this?

Thanks in advance

Try building the v20 first then restoring.
