V20 Multicast paging problem

All phones are Yealing T43 and programed for Multicast paging.

When I page (extension 800 is the paging multicast extension) it immediately puts the line on hold and then plays music to all of the phones that are being paged.
If I do the same thing from the 3cx app on my phone, it works perfectly.

Can't figure out what i am doing wrong.
