I have a queue set up for my operators. the ring time is set to 60 seconds. Maximum Queue Wait Time is set to 40,000 seconds, the queue is set up round robin. The destination of no answer is set to end call. I noticed the only way to get the call logs to show no answer (time out) is the maximum queue wait time has to expire and the call is disconnected. with the queue set up with round robin it will ring an agent for 60 seconds if not answered it will ring another agent for 60 seconds or the same agent over and over again if they are the only one logged in. Intermittently i get a call that says no answer (timeout) after talking for 1 minute. I am assuming the guest gets cut off. They usually call back right after words and it works fine. I would think this has to be a software bug in the system. Even if the calling party hangs up it doesn't say no answer (timeout). I have tried logging out while the call is ringing rejecting the call nothing makes it say no answer timeout other than maximum queue wait time expiring.

Hello,

Can you let us know PBX version and if there was definitely an agent logged in at the time? What's your destination if no answer?

3cx V 20.0.8.1121. there were 2 agents logged in at the time. destination of no answer was set to disconnect caller for the call i provided an example of. i have now set it to overflow to a ring group with the same members as the queue group.

This only seems to happen if the agent who is being presented the call doesn't answer the call. it is supposed to ring the next agent who is logged in and available or rering the same agent if there is only one person logged in. for some reason intermittently it decides to go to the overflow destination even though the max queue timer is set to 40000 seconds.
