v20 Ringtones

Since upgrading to v20, I find that I'm always getting Ring1 for both internal and external calls.
If I change the "Default Ring Tone" under Phone Provisioning and re-provision the phone, there is no change.
For IVR and external calls, I also get the same Ring1 even though the template still contains:

distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.1.text = ivr
distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.1.ringer = Resource:Ring7.wav
distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.2.text = external
distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.2.ringer = Resource:Ring2.wav

I am using a Yealink T46s with default templates. Is there a bug in v20 or has this behavior changed?

Yes, this was not in the preview release but it will be included when the next release comes out.
