Yes, this could have potential for heartache if people aren’t aware of it. An easy solution would be to have some control over which are implemented into 3CX or even have control over the setting in 3CX to stop DND on 3CX blocking calls?

Better install full clean build (because it is an alpha) or wait for alpha to be published as a Stable install.
We will have the final version very very soon

Yes, it's performed as a normal update. All settings are retained and the update is done in a few minutes.

No, because you are not supposed to use the terminal for this stuff. This is just if the support said to do so.

The Status Mapping needs to hard coded? Or could this be an global setting for the system
I think customers would like to choose if Teams-Away is 3CX-Away or something like 3CX-Available2

Yes this needs to be adjustable... We are mapped the status away in teams to avaiable in 3cx. Because teams sometimes goes to away because you dont move your mouse. But you are still at your pc an avaiable.

Super happy with the transcription so far - this will be a lifesaver for a couple of our clients. Not least is the pricing through OpenAI. I deal with a lot of nonprofits that will benefit from this as they have folks call and leave loooong voicemails. Right now they have volunteers sit around all morning and listen to them.

I also personally hate listening to voicemails for my own company. :)

I know we could use Google before, but that was more expensive if I remember correctly. With this $5 goes a long way. Looking forward to this coming out of Alpha for that feature alone.

Not sure. But I'm interested enough to give this a go now.
 
This works great. I'd love the summary to appear on the "Recordings" section as well as in the reports at present it only shows the full transcription. A great bit of info for support calls to put into tickets.

Bonus points if someone can integrate with HaloPSA and log these to the customer/ticket
 

High Priority Packet Setting for Better Voice Quality​

For linux based SBCs we now set the traffic to "High Priority" which - if respected by the firewall - should noticeably improve the voice quality on busy networks. The biggest benefactors are the mobile apps on Wi-Fi, as it will stop the Wi-Fi router from buffering the voice packets and instead send them promptly.

We switched our internal chat to 3CX since this Update 2 release. Will 3CX consider adding @Someone, and reply a message in a chat group?

Will be update 2 will include Link recording CRM Variable? this will be helpful for any CRM Integration.

Good point. We will make a lot of changes in the CRM.
Bear with us - Will take some time yes - for sure approx 4 months, but by this year we should have advanced CRM integration.
Any other features you have which can improve CRM integration, do not hesitate and put them forward.

Question is this:
After you have connected your CRM with 3CX, and calls start to register, what else would you like to see / do in your CRM?
