For presence i've seen it was OK now in V20 SP1 so does this means i can migrate one pbx in V20 which is bridged to a V18 windows on premise on other side ?
will it work fine until one side of the bridge is V18 windows?

On pbx using CFDs is it ok to migrate V20 for now ? are the CFD usable without any change between V18 to V20?

Bridges with v18 work fine. We have 2.

CFDs most of them will work. The only thing is if you use the "session.transferringExtension" variable, then there's a small modification to do to the C# until the new CFDesigner app comes out.

Can you also explain what needs to happen to the CFD because the it shows "Compilation Succeeded!"?

I've been waiting for this update for a long time. I'm sure it will improve my attitude towards the forum. Thanks for the information about new features and improvements. It's very exciting to see the new features in V20 and the returning features from V18. The ability to use caller ID exceptions and improved backup and restore capabilities are truly significant upgrades.

Hi, I found the problem with v20 beta1 update. That the Web software phone can not pick up the call for some time.

We create the Call Queue and Agent is login as usual. Our agent person all using Web soft phone. Once the Call Ring, the agent can see the pop-up on the Web browser, but the Green button is unable to click. This is happening sometime.

I have 2 servers, have updated beta1 yesterday. Both servers are same problem is happening.

When you say "Web soft phone" do you mean the webclient or are they using the PWA?
Also, when you say that they can see the pop-up, do you mean the notification that comes in the bottom right of your screen or the dialer that appears in the 3CX window (top right)?

It is webclient with the dialer that appears in the 3CX window (top right)?
