V20 Update 10 Beta: Bug Fixes & Continued Testing

Another step towards the final release of Update 10.​

Following Alpha and Alpha 2, V20 Update 10 moves into Beta. This release focuses on fixes to CRM integrations, authentication, templates and more. We encourage Partners and customers testing the Alpha builds to update their test systems and share their feedback.

This step is focused on CRM, good news, did you perhaps take this opportunity to add the [Screening] CRM variable ?
And the [Did] and [QueueName] ones, while here ?

Hi there

The current plan is to maintain things as they are currently in the Beta.

As a side-note, it is always possible to upgrade from Pro to AI edition without a change of key - you would just go to the dashboard and refresh the license info for the festureset to be upgraded instantly.

We really do miss them here, absolutely stuck without...
Have to test the yesterday's RC, but not so confident as there's no changelog entry related to this...

Could you please clarify the question, and be more specific? The features table here shows that regular CRM integration is available in Pro and AI Editions.

There are other ways to get them. Just be creative

And in this regard, apart from 3CX dev team to add them to the CRM integration component, I see no other way

API... Get the ReportCall and talk back to 3CX..
