I'm currently doing my due dilligence as it pertains to V20 upgrades, since I have a bunch to do.
My first attempt, the upgrade failed, so I decided to test to see whether going thru the scripts and re-running the failed ones was faster than backup/create new VM, import backup.
Backup/create new VM/Import backup won that 1st round.
Onto another site, It was on 18.7, so upgraded to 18.9, backup, shut down, created new VM, loaded backup.
System is running, BUT there are no users showing!! Go to team, nothing, go to Admin/Users, and screen is blank, so not even able to add a user.. Moreover, after a few seconds, the screen goes back to main webclient screen (blank)
I've run dbase Maintenance, nothing, I checked the XML files from backups (pre and post). Nothing of difference that would cause this. cleared cache/different browser/different network. Nothing. Any ideas?
