v7 Creating a bdrige to connect with other PBX's

Hello All,
Will the feature "Creatng a Bridge" option enable the abiity to connect to an OCS07 Mediation Server, TrixBox or CISCO PBX's at remote locations to simply migrations to 3cx by using either the Master (Tunnel(TCP)) or Slave (Slave(TCP)) option?
