I've purchased the relevant upgrade and according to this forum post "http://www.3cx.com/forums/how-to-upgrade-from-v8-to-v10-20670.html" need to follow this path:
1) Upg to Ver 9 - take a backup
2) Apply Ver 9 Sp5 - take a backup
3) Install Ver 11 and do backup restore.
I definitely don't want to do a fresh setup after installing Ver 11 so DO want to follow the recommended path
BUT where do I get install files for Ver 9, Ver 9 SP5 ??
