Version 11 3CX Myphone removal tool?

Hi,

I remember 3CX did a removal tool for the 3CX Myphone local installation - I used it for a client some time ago and need it again but cannot find it?

It's not the full 3CX removal tool but only for the old V11 Myphone (Silverlight) version when moving people to V12.

Anyone know where it is on the site or got a copy please?
