OK, as an Systemowner id should work, because i'm a Systemowner too, and it will work, you sure you use the right Extension on the Webclient?

Lock out and lock in again.

Update: Which Version of 3CX you use? In U7alpha, i don't see either the Companybook.

So please check your MCM Mode status, it should be 0, maybe thats why.

The MCM Mode you can change in the System Parameters. You have to search there for MCM.

Then there is still no option to add the number directly to the Company Phonebook.
But this is also the case on you`re end. So this is probably something that needs to be reported and requires 3CX to fix?

This is true when adding a Contact from the Call log or directly from Contacts.

Thanks for all of you`re time!
It was the combination of the MCM setting.
And after that remove the right and re-assign the right again.

Thanks for the screenshots! That made me check other installations and then i noticed it was just this installation.
