I've been upgraded from Version 18 to Version 20.0 Update 0 (Build 1620 Release).
I had actually logged in to assign some DTMF extensions to my users - in the digital receptionist.
But alas, the option for DTMF is no longer there. Just menu to press from 0 to 9 !!!!
Will this be resolved please or perhaps I can revert to Version 18!
I'm really disappointed as I use 3cx and pay this particular subscription on my own - for my start-up business project - all out of pocket expenses........and then I come across something like this.
Obviously - unless I'm doing something wrong - the first thought is - "do I have to pay extra for this particular feature now?" ......
What do to please?
