Version 20 PRI Trunk cannot edit

I upgrade this client to version 20 a while ago. I tried to setup holiday prompts and found when i go to voice and chat and try to edit the PRI line i just get a red circle with a line through it and will does not give me the option to edit the trunk. The only option is delete. It is a Patton T1/PRI device. How do i go in and edit this trunk?
