very strange audio problem

Try these calls:
101 -> any outbound number
101 -> malicious number

and likewise with 102 and 103.

Is there any difference between these calls results?

I tried again:
100 use xlite sw.phone
100->any anumber work
101->malicious number not work

101 use hw.phone
101->any anumber work
101->malicious number not work

102 used hw. phone
102->any anumber work
102->malicious number not work

I've only this extension also if I set 100-110 for outbound call. Now I set 100-102 but the problem is the same.

They must know much more about real reasons

the number is 199113366,
this morning I tried also this 803868 with the same problem. the curiosity thing is that this 2 numbers are currier express.
